4.5/5 if that were possible:I was impressed with the thoughtful effort put into the design of this canopy top. I've had multiple canopy tents and I can tell that this was engineered to fit over a variety of frames from different manufactures. The velcro fasteners have reinforcement and the corner buckles allow you to adjust the tension to adjust for slight variations on frame design and ensure a snug fit. It even has lines for tie-down anchors, a feature I have not encountered on most low and medium end canopy tents that I have had.Where this canopy tent cover lost that half star is the quality of material. I am not disappointed; it is not cheap quality, but after seeing the effort that went into ensuring the functionality of this top I was surprised the manufacture did not opt for a more durable material. Even so, I would buy another again.

We had a First Up shelter 10’x10’ and after some research I learned it was no longer made. It had been bought and produced by Coleman and then Ozark Trail so I felt the chances of finding a canopy was slim. I took a chance and this fit perfectly! Even down to the Velcro corners! I’d say this was a better design with the screened vents as the original was not so when used in conjunction with the screen walls bugs came through the top. I was pleased that wouldn’t be the case here.The first use it went on easy but was put to the test by 4 hours of rain and the seams all leaked. You could stay relatively dry if you avoided a seam but it will need sealed if that is the intention. Great for shade and bugs!

12/02/24 Edit:So, at first I felt this top was a great replacement. However, I noticed that the sections with the vent on top sagged a little towards the bottom. Which caused the water to pool a little. The fabric must’ve stretched a little over time allowing more water to pool because today when I came home from work, the frame was broken, and you could see a huge pool of water still trapped on it. This stinks because the frame was still like new.Original Post:I was skeptical this replacement top would fit my frame but boy was I ever surprised! It fit just as snug as the original top. The material is nice and appears thicker than the original. It has plenty of Velcro strap to secure it to the frame and had double the material at spots where you’d expect wear. I’d buy it again for sure!

This is an excellent replacement, even better than the original. Thick fabric, study and the vent in the top makes it so much better on windy days. The double seams are strong; I bought a cheaper one before and the seams on that one started to come undone almost immediately. I'm happy with this purchase, I rehabilitated the tent frame that still have many years of service.

I had been searching for a canopy replacement for my ezup frame for MoNthS... Finally I went with this model, because of the reviews. Some one wrote, " Don't think about it too much ,just buy it, it is the one you need".. And they were correct, This canopy is Twice what the original was. It feels like the material is three times as thick, It's like 10 mil plastic! And the vent at the top is just INCREDIBLE! Recently we had a massive wind storm come through .. and I thought for sure , my new canopy was folded in half across in the neighbors yard.. but NopE, it stayed right were I tied and staked it down! I was in disbelief! Like 30mph winds, didnt even phase it, barely moved around, i measured my frame from outside to outside and it is 9'-6"L x 9'-6"L . This canopy is the best one I have ever owned! Stop searching and Just buy it! I promise you will love it! I am a real customer, and I live in Edgewood,WA

The cover itself seems to really well made. Stitching is great and there's good fasten points. My review may be a little too critical because I put it to test in pretty harsh conditions. The cover seemed to fit great on my existing 10x10 frame but as the rain picked up, it began to sag and collect rain. As the rain puddled up, it began leaking through the cover. I ended up having to wedge some sticks across the frame to take out the slack. In the cover's defense, it rained hard and even snowed at times. This would probably work great for light rain or to use as a summer sunshade.

Nice color. Bad fit. About a foot too big for the Crown Shades 10x10 frame. Also no Velcro mates (no teeth) on any corners, where you need to secure the body of the topper, the Velcro that IS sewn in is too small to go around any of the corner poles. The other Velcro straps that attach to the flexible/ jointed part of the 'roof' were so big I could slide my finger in there - not snug. Retuning it and just going to order a whole new unit - frame and all. If you are considering this for Cain Shades replacement; don't.

La ocupe para sustituir el toldo install canopy de colman y le queda bien pero demasiado ajustado aun si es un buen sustituto . Por otro lado lleva 2 meses de sol intenso y aún no se ha roto . No puedo darle las 5 estrellas por lo de que queda demasiado justo pero vale la pena
