Got this cage for my daughter to get batting practice at home. If you want convenience, ease of assembly, and value, this is the one. It comes in a travel bag that is quite compact, also included are extra poles in case you have one break. I had a fiber pole break and customer service has been great. They are sending me a replacement. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Built like a pop up tent. Too many tether lines. Came with extra side pole and extra flexible cover pole. Good thing though, one of my cover poles broke immediately.

This batting cage has been great for pitching Lite-Flite baseballs and softballs with the Jugs pitching machine. The only issue we have had is the durability of the support poles. It came with an extra, but we have now had more than one break. Customer service has offered to send us replacement poles at no charge!

Just after assembling mine an unexpected storm came through and destroyed a bunch of my poles. I reached out to customer service to see if they would consider replacing the damaged poles, and they weee very fast and friendly to respond and send new equipment. They were a pleasure and simple to work with and I felt did me right. Thanks guys. We love the net enclosure for some many things in our backyard.

Very easy to put and must take down when not in use (you'll thank me later! Only way to keep sturdy & durable).

The netting and poles are sturdy and it was packaged well. It even comes with a duffel bag big enough to store it in. Setup took about 35 min the first time as I had to figure out anchor points and stabilize the poles on my concrete driveway. The kids enjoy getting to practice at the house with no waiting or random conditions at the ball-field batting cages. This is one of the few purchases that has brought our family joy.

I ask about getting new poles and got no response. A fellow costumer told me to just but some pvc pipes . I will try that.

If you're looking for a net that can handle hard baseballs or softballs, keep looking. If you're looking for a cage for a Jugs LiteFlite machine, this is the one. I've had it set up outside for 6 months now, and it works great. If left up in high winds, it probably won't last long. I secured one side to my fence and pull it out and anchor it down when in use and push it back and secure all 3 sections to the fence when not in use. Works great.
