I have three cats and bought a second swing. The ball fringe, which did not fit my decor, was easily removed. A cat immediately occupied the first swing when I hung it on a door temporarily. I had to remove a cat to hang up one of the swings. She was happy to cuddle up on the swing when it was on the floor.I replaced the fur pads with folded (machine washable) patchwork throws secured to the back of the metal swing frame with bungee cords, added a washable throw pillow to each (depicting three embroidered cats) and hung them from the ceiling joists on eye bolts. (I added chains to lower the height of the swings and covered the chains with sleeves made from fabric I used elsewhere in the room.) If my cats had resources and I could charge them rent, I'd have full occupancy and be in the money! (I'm looking for a replacement for the chew today which they loved so much they demolished it.)These swings are attractive and the neutral color means you can add pillows or blankets you and your cat(s) prefer. I like to give the cats lounging options but prefer not to be tripping over cat beds or have their beds detract from the available floor space or decor. Typical, padded cat peds take forever to dry and are hard to keep clean, and I end up replacing the bed when they are the worse for wear. The swings are comfortable and I can easily launder the throws and pillow covers. The swings also keep the cats some inches above the floor. Our lower floor is an English basement and we live in the north; so the floor is cooler than the cats prefer. In their swings, they are warm and snuggly and the give in the macrame plus the added throws make the swings comfortable. Because of the design of the swings, the cats feel protected (and safe from a sneak attack but one of their feline friends) around the back and sides while napping or pondering what to get into next.The swings came quickly, are nicely made, sturdy, and came well packaged. If I had the room, I'd add a third swing so no cat has to wait in line.Ideally, I would have hung the swings in front of the large window. Since that didn't work, I hung the swings across from the window so they can view the room as well as the yard. I'm not sure if the cats are more curious about our large dog peering in the window or vice versa. Certainly, the dog intends to negotiate for a swing of his own.

Purchased this product for my cats and hung it out in their Catio. It was very simple to put together and it came with sturdy hardware which made it easy to hang. It comes with a little hanging toy ball that my cats live but a piece of the wood broke off of it after a couple of weeks. It’s not a big deal and they are still able to play with it. It’s beautiful and my cats love it!! They enjoy lounging in it and watching the birds in the yard.

I hung mine on the curtain rod in the window since this is a rental. The cats always fight for that spot. I have one adult and one s/m kitten fitting in the photo. I could have done without the pompom accents probably but they love the catnip ball, the heart clip toy and everything about it. The smallest one enjoys making me nervous and climbing the net to the top and hanging out awkwardly till she starts to fall down.Down side is she could potentially get herself hung in it but luckily it hasn’t happened yet. The older cat doesn’t do much of that. He chooses to look out the window and sleep there mostly.

I never make reviews but I had to because I wasn’t expecting her to like or use this since she’s an anxious cat, I thought maybe she would use it the first week and then stop but she literally loves it so much. She sleeps here every night. It was surprisingly easy to put together. The only thing is that you have to make a pretty big hole in your ceiling but I didn’t mind it. I’ve had it for 4 months now & it hasn’t fallen or collapsed and she has no problem jumping on or off it, just make sure to put it against a wall so it doesn’t swing around.

My cats seem to enjoy it which is all that matters. It did take them a few days to warm up to it as I’ve never bought them a swing type platform before. I did have to go out and by my own hook to hang it on the wall… I did find the directions and hardware that was included kind of confusing (could just be me though). Overall satisfied and my cats are happy with it.

My cat jumped in when I held it up right out of the box. Loved it. Could not wait until we could hang it.Sturdy. He is 15 pounds! Lots of stuff to play with

Well made! Fast delivery! Excellent customer service!This hammock is absolutely amazing! I have never seen anything so cool, I can’t wait to hang this beauty.The construction is strong, with many different options for hanging. The instructions look straight forward. Hardware for all options and more included. My cat babies are already all over it, and seem as excited as me!Had one issue, customer service took care of it so fast that it isn’t even worth mentioning, because it was a pleasure to work with them. 5 stars, if I could give this hammock more I would! Update my review with pictures, when I get the chance to hang it.Absolutely recommend this product!

I rarely write reviews, but our cats love this hammock so much I thought I should, especially as I was hesitant when ordering.The hammock/swing is exactly as pictured, and nice and roomy. Our cats are 9 and 14 lbs and both fit with lots of room. It feels very sturdy and well made and our cats LOVE it (and fight over it).Our tabby broke the catnip/silvervine ball off of the string within 5 minutes, but she still likes playing with the string it was on and we could retie it if we wanted. That little toy/treat alone was a big hit!Can't recommend strongly enough. Great purchase, well worth the price.
