I bought this for my daughter who does not live with me. She loved it but thought there was a missing piece on the top. The seller was extremely helpful and after a few days they informed me and sent a photo that the piece was wrapped in foam that looked like packaging. So all was good. I highly recommend this jewelry box. It’s large and easy to assemble and beautiful. The seller is great if you there are any issues.

The armoire had damage to the box in 3 places. There was a scratch on top. The board on the top of the armoire where the top portion of armoire screws into was cracked. There was mold or some kind if residue inside the armoire, had to dusinfect it. Because of a family situation I was in immediate need and desperate for the armoire or I would have sent it back. The website narrative did not state where armoire was made, it was made in China. Not very honest of Amazon or the seller. I will never do business with that company or brand again. I expecteded more honesty from Amazon. I was in a pinch so made repairs the best I could. Lesson learned. I would rate thus a ZERO if given that option. I feel cheated but my own fault.

The gasoline smell from the lining was oppressive when we opened it and took days to mostly clear. Looks good and holds a decent amount of jewelry.
