After about a month I began to see area at the front lip begin to lift up. Gave the scoot a noticeable warped look. I took it off and noted that the problem is too thin plastic on the front lip. I’m assuming with heat off the hood, it began to warp. So I took my tragical scoop and just plastidipped it. Looks great and is much more sturdy. I can’t reckoned this product.

I was hoping this hood scoop would work on my 2016 TRD Pro 4Runner but after trying to install, I realized buying an OEM scoop would have been a better option. The bolts on the hood scoop did not line up with my hood and after inspecting the OEM scoop I removed from my truck to compare bolt locations, I could see they were off by a bit. The bolts themselves were hot glued into place also. So either go OEM or do what I did since I had my original scoop already out, plastidip yours as I did. Took less than an hour and achieved same results.
