Good weighing bottle and will suit my needs as I'm just keeping rubbing alcohol in it. Giving it 4 stars because there is a small crack in the top portion of the glass bottle itself (not a chip on top/border) but shouldn't affect the purpose I'm using it for.

OK, so this is antiquated lab glassware (at least as far as I'm concerned as a trained chemist.) That said, I recently picked up the hobby of watch making and these weighing jars are perfect for what many watchmakers call "benzene" (though they spell it "benzine") jars.The wide mouth, shallow depth, and the lid make it perfect for putting isopropyl alcohol or other solvents in to wash parts and easily retrieve them with tweezers.
