They were bulging so much they almost wouldn’t go into or come out of the camera any more. I know this means they will soon start leaking and should never be charged in this condition, so I got these new batteries as soon as I could.THE NEW BATTERIESThe New Batteries came fully charged, slid in easily, and worked perfectly right away. It was the first time that camera had good batteries in it for a long time, so I had to set the date and time, and it worked like new.THE CHARGERI really like the new charger. The light on it is actually red when charging and turns blue when charged. SO many chargers don’t do that. I’m glad this one does.WHY DO YOU NEED BATTERIES FOR AN OLD CAMERA?You may wonder why get batteries for an old camera when almost all the smart phones have such good cameras now? For me, my old camera still does a WAY better job on close-ups of eBay items. The iPhone just will not focus when you're a foot or less away from a small item. The one I have doesn’t do Macro. The Nikon camera has always been really good at close-ups and indoor photos.

The charger was junk. The USB collapsed on the 2nd charge. Threw it away. Batteries are working fine.

Works great on my old Nikon S9300 point and shoot camera. The charger doesn't have a percent indicator - just a single LED to tell you that it's done charging. It's very basic but works. Good value for money. I'm happy with this purchase. Would buy again.

At first I didn’t think the battery would actually fit in the charger since it would not snap in as I had been accustomed to doing with other chargers of this type. But the charger is designed so the battery sits in a more depressed location in the charger, where it then snaps in place. What also is great is just how thin this charger is compared to others that I own. If it seems as if I’m focusing more on the charger than the batteries, you are correct. And the nice aspect of this charger is that it connects by USB-C which is now becoming the universal connection. And with the USB-C connection, the batteries charged quickly. Admittedly, I haven’t even tried the included batteries as I still have OEM Nikon batteries that are in excellent shape, and that I still use.

These batteries are just what I needed for my Nikon S9900 camera, whose original batteries are near the end of their useful life. I like that they also include a convenient USB-powered charger. The charger has an indicator light to let me know when charging is in progress that changes color to let me know when it's complete.
