Getting them for ~ $1.00 each great, but the quality is about what you would expect. They hold nice, but the spring is weak and there is no forward stop preventing the slide from over extending. Likewise, there's no backstop preventing the bits from going past the locking point. The tolerances are such that the slide will often become jammed in the wrong position, requiring a bit of fiddling before it moves freely again. But if you're only looking to keep your bits grouped without using a bin or bag, they get the job done.
