The part worked perfectly for my 2013 Chevy Cruze, takes a little time to get to the part to replace it but very easy to install! The lights that come with it are not to bad as well, can be changed out to something different if needed.

The wire harness works great! It came with some led lights that didn't work, but I wasn't expecting those to come with it anyway.

Spent over an hour working on it and my trunk still won't open. I don't know if I got a defective one but im pissed. Wasted my time. The lights are working though.

I broke two rusted screws getting the old lenses out. I went to homedepot and got #8 1/2†long sheet metal screws in stainless steel to replace them. I used a soldering iron to heat up the old screws that I broke the heads off to soften the plastic and used needle vice grips to grab onto what was left. They came out. These new lenses came with bulbs and were a great fit. No odd issues installing them.

The quality of the product is just fine. However the item description tells you it uses LED lighting to "improve" visibility.Well, it doesn't come with LED lighting. It appears that for the other vehicle options they do (based on the pictures provided).This item also does not come with any replacement screws you may or may not need to secure the new lights. My Cruze had old rusted screws that I had to drill out to remove. I bought new stainless steel screws at Lowe's to replace them, since this kit doesn't include any hardware to attach the kit.

Was skeptical this product would work on my 2014 Chevy Cruze (Diesel) with back up camera, but it does!!! So happy! Had to cut the two wires of this new trunk sensor from the lights that it comes with and splice onto wires that went to old, nonfunctioning trunk button because backup camera is part of overall electrics, i.e., snap plug is different than the plug for this product. If you know basic wiring, easy to do once everything is apart (one self help video online that helped a lot) and make sure to have electrical tape on hand. The only pain and what took the most time was removing the old button that was covered in a shellac like glue. I just carefully chiseled it away with a tiny screwdriver and kept my patience, eventually pushing button through. All the hard glue has to be removed from cavity in order for new button to snap in. A wonderfully inexpensive way to have a functioning button again and not spend $350 at dealer to replace which is what I was quoted.

Worked great for about a year then trunk button stopped working again. Also the description when I bought it said LED, it was not.

All the parts needed were thereOnly suggestion I would have is that it should have come with a better installation pamphletThe supplied LED light did not work however fortunately there were also 2 reg bulbs that workedGreat product went on YouTube for installation infoOne other suggestion would be to include 4 screws for the lamp covers as most of the old ones are rusted
