Download was quick and easy. I reached out for some help on how to use the downloads. Initially I got a reply that someone would reach out to me, but no one ever did.

Seller claims 30,500 K1 sounds are present in the library. Not true.There is a TX81z library, some K3 samples, some K5000 presets, and some K4 sounds, but the only K1 sounds I found were downloadable from the Kawai website - nothing new here.While I did successfully process a request for a refund at Amazon, I won't get the time back I wasted looking through this product. It nowhere near meets the claims in the product description.My advice to all potential buyers is to skip this product.
