This is a great-looking paddle that also functions very well. I own 3 kayaks and 4 other paddles and I would say that this is better than all except my most expensive paddle. But it is probably 90% as good as that better paddle. The biggest limitations for me were the length (just a little short, but I was limited on what I could order) and the blade is just a little smaller than I would prefer. This takes away a little power during the stroke. But, the quality and control are excellent based on the price point. Overall, a comfortable and quality paddle.

This kayak paddle works really well so far and feels pretty sturdy on the water. Just to be clear: its NOT Two separate paddles; it comes in two pieces that easily fit together to make ONE Paddle. The connection feels secure for the most part and there's not much wobbling or slipping while in use. The length is decent and its lightweight enough that it doesn't cause to much fatigue during paddling sessions. I do wish it had more grip though, but overall, its a decent paddle for the price.

I got this Kayak Paddle as an upgrade for the plain flat one that came with my inflatable canoe/kayak. It definitely performs better, making for easier paddling. You need to keep in mind that it's scooped for efficiency so be sure to keep it oriented the right way. The reinforced PP blade is strong enough to push off rocks when running rapids. Like most kayak paddles the 2 pieces lock with a pin button (you can offset 60 degrees if desired) and there's a drip guard to keep water from running down to your arms. There's also a basic thin rubber-like grip. I like the choice of available colors, too.

Very sturdy paddles. They were easy to assemble and so far they're holding up great. The do float when dropped in the water. Perfect for our kayak. Would recommend.

I got the 2-Piece Aluminum Kayak Paddle to go with my standup paddle board for those times I plan on sitting like a kayak or I have a second rider that will be sitting and need this style of paddle.This paddle is well designed and really lightweight and the drip cups keep the shaft and hands pretty dry. I only wish they had made it length adjustable to accommodate different width boards and height of users.
