The storage bag is included. The roof racks are lightweight and portable and the size of the bag is 35 x 7.5 x 5.5 inches.
Protection and Security
The metal buckles fixed to the ends of the roof rack pads are ease to use but won't scratch the car roof.

Easy strapping, good strong foam, doesn’t scratch the surface. You can add cloth and place the roof strap on top. The latch has a great grip. Do not overload on soft roof, keep it at below 100lbs and avoid denting the roof. Very good purchase. DO NOT GO BEYOND 40-45mph

There were no installation instructions included with the pads I received but they were pretty easy to figure out. One end has a strap that goes trough the car's cabin (with the doors open) and the other secures the load to the pads and those straps run opposite direction, over the top, from the straps that run through the cars cabin. This will secure your load to the pads but you will need to figure out a way to secure the nose and tail of your load on your own. Not bad for the price.

It’s alright but the strap that goes through your cab pinches down on the rubber seals making a gap so don’t make the same mistake I did

Love that they fit my car, hate that if you leave them on your car, the whole car is flooded inside if it rains, the straps are like wicks and they soak up the rain water and the whole inside of your car, seats and all are soaken wet. If this was told to me sooner I would have never purchased this item. Works great holding on the kayak, can be used with no issues, just make sure you take it off the car before it rains, or your seats will be wet for days.

Works great and holds secure. Wasn’t nervous about it slipping, scratching the paint, sturdy and durable. Did the job and still working great, have used it 4 times, traveling once over 2 hours in 90° and again in crazy wind and rain!
