This is beyond comfortable and definitely a life saver after my shoulder surgery. Having to sleep in weird positions, this pillow allows me the ability to rest and not hurt. The arms move and make it easy to create a lil head and shoulder nook to get sleep without being uncomfortable. This is better than any 60 to 100 dollar pillow out there!

I bought one and when it arrived I let it expand for two days in my spare bedroom. When I went to use it, I couldn't stand being near it because it smelled mildewy.

It works, its comfy. Fluffs up just fine out of the box. Only problem is it has such a strong chemical odor and sleeping with it for a night gave me an awful headache. Ive tried dousing it in deodorizers, but I dont foresee it being easy to get this smell out of foam.
