I bought this towel warmer after I saw this on tiktok and it’s been a game-changer! The design is sleek and fits nicely in my bathroom. We got this for my husband as a gift thinking he may use it sometimes. It has turned into something that every family member uses at every shower, every time ! It is easy to use, heats up quickly and we have had no problems at all. It has not caused any damage or drying to our towels. We also use it for blankets, jackets and robes ! Perfect for anyone that is cold.

I love this towel warmer but did not rate it Five star because the warmth doesn’t last very long. My husband loves the idea behind this luxury gift but it would be great for the heat to last longer than one minute.

This fits my small bathroom. Warm up easily. I turn this on when I am ready to take a shower. Feels great having a nice warm towel to use after shower. I would recommend.

It work very well and easy to put together. I purchased the towel warmer stand to make it sit higher and I love it! I put my robe in it first and it was soooooo warm and comfy! Great quality product for not too much money! 10/10 recommend.

Update:We’ve had this towel warmer for several months. I do still love it. And I use it nearly everyday. But I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 3, and here’s why.For optimal towel temp you need 15-20 mins for the towel to be in the warmer. Any less time and your towel is damp and cold. Any longer and the heat temp starts going down and the towel cools off. It has a 60 minute timer and will automatically go off at that time. It warms up to about 250 in 15 mins but quickly starts dropping. I’m not saying I take drastically long showers or baths daily, but when I get in the tub it takes 10+ to fill it, the jets are on a 20 min timer, and then I don’t always rush out. And often my towel is cooled off already. And lastly, it doesn’t comfortably fit more than 1 “big†towel. I loosely roll my towel and set it inside and It warms decently. If I roll it too tight it’s still cold in the middle. If more than one towel is in it, no matter how it’s rolled or folded, only the part of the towel touching the outside is warmed, no matter how long it’s in the warmer.Original:This is the best gift I’ve gotten. It’s easy to use. Easy to understand. And I use it every shower. You should buy one for yourself!

I ordered this in November and wanted to wait a good amount of time to give an honest review. This towel warmer literally makes me smile everyday. I look forward to my shower instead of procrastinating in the cold winter mornings of Canada. I love the timer too, I can set it for my alarm and have my towel in for a good amount of time so it’s super steamy and warm when I get out of the shower. It is a good size and holds 2 good size towels or 1 extra large. My hint is give it a good amount of time. 15 minutes will give a nice towel but if you can leave it longer it’s like your own little morning spa, and so extra lovely. My life would not be nearly as happy without this lovely product and if you live in Canada and have to survive the winters… You deserve this! Highly recommend.

After two month turn on bottom stop working. When it was working was very good and useful. I wrote to the seller, and after I provide my order number they offer to send me a replacement. I got the replacement and until now all goes great!

This warmer makes me feel like I’m at a fancy spa. The LED screen is super handy, and the child safety lock is a thoughtful touch. Revised review, We purchased 2nd one because the first one was amazing but it ended up in the kids bathroom. The 2nd didn't work out of the box. I left a review and Keenray contacted me the next day and offered to make it right. I am very happy with their solution. Really great customer service! 5 stars for that!Original: We have one that works great, for prime day bought a second one as we used the first for nice warm towels for the kids. Plugged in the new one, turned it on and waited and waited.The listing says it can hear up in one minute and be at full heat in 6. On this new one at the 5 minute mark it was still 80-85 F.Returned. But also the no exchange process for something on special. So now if i return and buy again it's 30 bucks more. Guess we'll wait for another sale or explore a different product.Irritating. 1 star for product for not working and 1 star for Amazon for not exchanging it.. (4 stars for the one that works).

Its good to have this warming pot for cold weather in Canada. It can be used in the night and defer to heat in the morning as well.
