Since new purchased Aug 2023. Wanted ahead of fall/ winter. Fast warmup 6min then shuts off (shutting off after 6min is Not a feature).****UPDATE****As previously stated, purchased earlier than needed return window had closed. I didn't bother to contact the manufacturer. INCREDIBLY they reached out to me recently after I had posted my original review keep in mind a year+ had passed. They offered to send me a new unit which I received about a week later. It has an updated function screen user friendly and it WORKS! Had it not I'd have given them 5 stars for their customer service. So I'll update on occasion and let you know how long it lasts. So they've got me as a long time customer and can Highly recommend them.Thanks Keenray!!!

The functionality of this warmer is perfect for its job. Great priced. It makes our towels extra warm on those cold winter nights. The size is big. It doesn't have a burnt smell after warming items either

This product heats over 200 F and produces a nice warm towel. Very nice to grab a warm towel out of the shower. Also nice to slip on warm PJ’s. A great addition to my heated toilet seat!

I bought the big one for my husband for his birthday. He loves it. It works great. It heats up towels fast but they don't get so hot that you can't handle them. You can put socks and clothes in it to warm up when it's cold. Has a timer and a delay start. It's awesome so far!

I bought this as birthday gift for my wife. She always liked having a warm towel when we’ve been on vacation. I had no idea there were so many to choose from. After lots of reading of reviews and descriptions I decided n this Keenray model. This is the CL1 Plus and I wasn’t sure f the differences with the CL1 model. I asked the seller and I can’t say enough about how quickly, thoroughly and patiently they answered my questions. The Plus model has several upgrades (like a stainless steel interior, digital controls and temperature settings) but at a lower price. Huh?? The seller said the newer plus model was still in introductory phase hence the introductory price. So more features, less money- how often does that happen?We have used it for several weeks and it performs as promised. The digital controls require a little getting used to but easy after a couple of tries. We usually set it at 30 minutes at highest heat setting. When you pull the towel out it is warm and has nice smell from fragrance disc that comes with it- you put it in slot underside of lid. We have only done one large bath towel at a time but you could squeeze another one in but might impact how warm towels get.We also bought the wood stand that goes with warmer. It is also high quality and makes warmer look great in bathroom.I hope performance holds up because this is a great product at a great price with very responsive customer service from Keenray.

I had purchased the previous version of this towel warmer last year and was so excited to see that they had come out with a new model including a digital display! This towel warmer transforms every shower or bath into a spa experience - once you get used to the comfort of having a warm towel after, you can never go back. This especially helps on the colder mornings and fall/wintertime. The timer takes away the guesswork regarding when the towels will be ready and the device itself looks very sleek. The size of the warmer is also perfect, it does not take up too much space and the cord is quite long so can be positioned anywhere somewhat near an outlet. I typically use it to heat up 2 large towels or 3 smaller ones and have even used it for my bathrobe. I am so happy with the quality and its functioning so far!!

I’m changing my review on this towel warmer. Previously i had said that i really like the product but i complained about how you’re unable to program it to automatically start everyday at a certain time, and also that i didn’t like the beeping noise it makes. However Keenray quickly reached out to me and addressed my concerns and reflected them to their design team. On top of that they offered me full refund. This warmer actually feels well built, it’s spacious, heats quick, and looks good doing it. It’s a must buy.

Like multiple other customers (on Amazon and elsewhere), I was seeing 'Err' displayed when trying to set the Delay Timer function (2F), and was puzzled, thinking the unit may be defective.This turns out to be by design. The 'Delay Timer'/2F function can only be used when the unit is NOT already in a 'heating' mode.This fact was not mentioned anywhere in the documentation provided with the unit. I escalated this with Keenray support, and they acknowledged the issue and said they would consider making improvements to their documentation.I must say that Keenray's customer support was EXCEPTIONAL, among the best I've ever seen. They truly went above and beyond to address any issues that I had.I've used the unit for 2+ weeks now, and I'm very satisfied. The unit functions exactly as advertised, and is a pleasure to use. Having a piping hot towel when stepping out of the shower on a cold Canadian morning is a luxury indeed!

Wanted to like this product, but unfortunately outside of return window the warmer stopped heating and barely makes towels feel warm. Delay timer doesn't work either. A huge bummer for my sauna set upEdit:The company reached out to me and made the situation right. Maybe a faulty product that I received by they went over and above to solve my issues. A+ company
