These bulbs are a great idea in the event of a power outage. I charged all bulbs following the directions and I will put a reminder on my calendar to charge them quarterly.I tested them by hanging them throughout the house at dark. They were bright enough for about 4 or 5 hours and then started to dim. I left one hanging in the bathroom and even in the middle of the night it was still a decent night light. These are a good addition to other emergency light sources in the event of a power outage.

We have had a lot of blackouts lately and I am tired of flashlights and dangerous candles. These will be great for having light all over my home. Thank you for a wonderful option!

Living in a very rural area we lose power in average a dozen days a year and these are great at night and even for camping! Highly recommend for your emergency stash.

I can honestly say there's not one single thing about these light bulbs that I don't like unless maybe it's the fact that I have to charge them LOL I can tell you right now this is going to be a long review I apologize but I think it's all stuff everybody needs to know. First off I live in North Florida have been a Floridian for over 60 years. Yeah I'm old 75 fixing to be 76. I've lived through many hurricanes don't know how I ever made it through not one without these light bulbs. Having been through all these hurricanes are the reason that I decided I was going to purchase these light bulbs. Of course my brain never went to freezing cold snow and ice! Well that's what we had the last 3 days. My thoughts immediately went to the light bulbs because we lost power the very first night of the storms. Well my grown youngest daughter laughed her butt off when she saw them. She says oh Mom's always buying some new Gadget. We had recently moved and she didn't know where the light bulbs were, her and the son-in-law kept looking for them but they couldn't find them. And of course mom kept saying, you need to find those light bulbs. When we moved the daughter was continually throwing stuff away, saying we don't need this we don't need this, we don't need this, well I was accusing her of throwing them away when they finally found them and all I heard was raving and ranting about oh my God mom bought something that really helps and works and oh my we need to get this for the whole family. LOL and of course Christmas will be bought here shortly for next year. Don't let these get away from you I highly, highly advise every household to have some of these and no and no I do not get paid anything for saying this it is 250% true !!

These are awesome, especially for shorter term outages. It keeps you from having to drag out the generator unless it’s needed to power other devices long term. Would be an amazing addition to any home with seniors to help prevent falls during emergency outages. They charge quickly and are readily available when needed.

In the box there are 6 lamps and 6 hangers. Each lamp, with nominal wattage of 12W, looks like a big LED bulb. It is wider and longer than a typical 15W LED bulb.It can be used as an ordinary bulb, switched on and off as usual. When there is a power outage, it recognizes it and keeps lighting (unless you switch it off), using the built-in rechargeable batteries as a power source. There hangers are equipped with socket and switch. You may screw a bulb into a hanger, lit or unlit it with switch, and hang it wherever you want, or just carry with you.I got 6 lamps, all worked properly. They did not stay on in a fuxture. So far, so good. But the were also problems. The worst thing about these bulbs is that they are dim. Visually, it also looks like that two BoRccdit rechargeable bulbs produce half as much light as an ordinary 15W led bulb. When I measured the light intensity, I got even slightly worse results. This bulb produced 24% (less than 1/4) of what an ordinary light bulb produces. Since a promised luminosity for a 15W led is 1251 lumen, this bulb probably produces 300 lumen or so.How long does it last? They promise 3-5 hours. I tested one lamp. After 1hr 30min, it was at 85% of its initial intensity. After 1hr 45min, it was at 70% of its initial intensity. After 2hr, it kept only 30% of its original intensity. After 2hr 25min, it kept only 1-2% of its original intensity. After 3hr 15min, it still produced very dim light. I could read if I held the light bulb no more than 5-10 cm (2-4 inches) away from the text. After 3hr 18min, it went off.So if you consider the time when the bulb keeps at least 50% of the original intensity, it is less than 2 hours.
