Two problems with this: the scoop head loosens easily no matter how tight you make it, and then the scoop itself breaks where it attaches to the handle. Didn’t even last a month. Do not recommend.

Bought to use this in my chicken coop and it’s a very small scoop but after first use it won’t stay in the position I set it in, doesn’t matter how many times I tighten it. Very flimsy

Breaks immediately, first use.Tool included does not allow scooper to be kept in the necessary, stable position.Worthless. Second time I bought this and the same thing happened the first time.I thought that might be a fluke so I tried it again.

This is well made, with a very sturdy scoop and easy to put together handle (the handle consists of 3 pieces, so you can personalize the length). If you’re young and steady, the only problem you may have is the edges of the scoop are solid, so you have to shake waste over a little to fully sift. If you or the person you’re buying this for have balance issues, be careful. The longer handle and the weight of the scoop + handle make scooping, balancing and dumping waste a potentially precarious situation that will keep me from giving one to elderly family members and friends.

The scooper portion of this would never stay tight. I did everything I could and it just kept flopping all over the place which doesn't make it user friendly at all. Will be returning. I recommend avoiding this one.
