The Kegerator only worked for 1 year. After the 1 year of only using it on weekends, the temperature on the unit began to rise. It would be set at 32 degrees and the actual temperature would be at 75 degrees. After calling the manufacturer to see what I can do to resolve the issue, they said that my warranty had ran out which is understandable and that I would have to repair it with a technician. Multiple technicians came out and notified me that the unit had certain parts that would have to be replaced but these parts weren't standard, I would have to buy them directly from the manufacturer where we bought the Kegerator. So apart from the kegerator not even working for more than a year, you also can only buy the parts from them, at their price.The unit was expensive and would have been worth it if it could last a decent amount of time, but 1 year is way to short, it was being used on weekends only so there wasn't much time on or off it. The communication was quick with the manufacturer but I highly suggest buying a better product somewhere else that will last you a decent amount of time.

Worked like a charm for the first year and a half and then BOOM… instant paperweight. I did a substantial amount of research before settling on kegco, but now I recommend everyone to just build your own out of an old chest freezer- aka Keezer. Wish I would have done that from the beginning and saved $1800…There is no excuse why something this expensive cannot survive longer than a year and a half… look it up, these units are plagued with issues. Stay away.

Worked really well for two years and now it will only cool to 48°. Super common problem with almost everyone. If there was a cheap fix it would be great instead of buying a brand new one.

Had my kegco for 3 years and and exact same thing as described above ---won't cool below 60 can't find a technician that will touch it. keg Ko has no warranty exchange or support beverage factory was wonderful with me in customer support but bottom line is this unit is not worth it $2000 at the time and now I call the scrapper
