3 Tips to Make the Most of Your Oat & Shea Bar
#1 - Cut Bar in Half
Using one half at a time helps minimize mess while maximizing your soap's lifespan. Store the other half in a dry, cool place.
#2 - Keep Bar Dry Between Uses
Keep your soap away from running or stagnant water. Cracking is normal and expected, but by placing your bar in a draining soap holder and allowing it to dry in between uses helps prevent severity of cracking.
#3 - Moisturize!
We recommend using the soap up to twice daily, morning and bedtime. Make sure to follow up with your favourite light moisturizer.

This is some good soap. I've been trying out some different kinds of natural soaps and I think I finally found what I'm looking for. Lathers up great,smells great, and doesn't dry my skin out. Def will be purchasing more.

I have been struggling with acne on and off since my teenage years, it improved over time but now at 26 and after removing my birth control I have had the worst adult acne I have experienced. I’m talking about severely inflamed pimples filled with pus and even those more deeper under the skin that you can’t really pop type of pimples. I went back and tried professional brands, switching up my skin care routine etc and nothing worked. I came upon this little gem after looking into charcoal soaps for skin care. All I have to say is wow!! I have only used it for a couple days but have already seen a huge difference in my breakouts. It dried out my pimples and shrunk them literally over night. The bar is a decent size, but since I don’t want to waste it or get all gross in my shower I ended up cutting it into smaller squares and I only use the current square when I wash my face. The smell is very natural and not overwhelming. I use my toner and moisturizer afterwards and my skin feels so refreshed and clean! This product literally saved my skin and helped relieve it from the painful acne I was getting.I did give it 4 stars because I saw the other reviews where their soap came wrapped in plastic and was packed in the box. Mine was not like that, it didn’t come wrapped in any plastic or protective cover and the box was a bit beat up with a few stains. Not a big deal, but just felt a bit unsanitary. I did ran the soap through warm water before use just because that did gross me out a bit. If my skin continues making improvements like these then I will definitely continue to purchase!

Makes my skin soft and smells great! I paired it with an exfoliating wash cloth and it really helps smooth out my skin.

I liked this soap- left my skin clean and refreshed. However, the bar is much too small. It's only 4 oz. It lasted one week- 6 showers. When it got small, it was very soft and bendable- could not lather it in my body cloth. They need to make a "man's size" version of this soap.

This soap is wonderful. I have only been using for about a week and a half as both a facial and body soap, but I have noticed a significant improvement in my complexion. I have very sensitive skin and have been on a search for a natural soap that I am not allergic to, yet also controls my combination/oily and blemish-prone skin on my face. I actually enjoy washing my face and taking a shower each day now, because this soap does not cause any irritation, breakouts, or hives, but has also cleared up many of my skin troubles already.I will not make a blanket statement that this soap will necessarily be what your skin needs if you have a specific struggle (because I've been on the receiving end of many similar statements about different products, that ended up not being the best match for me personally), but the ingredients are pure and natural, and it has definitely worked for me! So if you're searching for a soap (either a facial cleanser, or a body soap, or both) I highly recommend you try this product for yourself, and maybe it will be what your skin needs to stay balanced and healthy! :)

I am very pleased with this soap! I have eczema that flares up from time to time, and I’ve been trying to limit the toxins in my life so I already was looking for a good natural bar soap- saw the claims that this helps with eczema- well I am SO HAPPY I tried this! When I got in the mail, I was actually in the middle of an eczema flare- and within one shower using it, my skin instantly felt way better and less itchy! My flare was gone by the next day!! I’m putting in an order for two more for my husband and my teenage daughter! I will say that inherently it being charcoal will dry your skin with a lot of use- so using a good all natural moisturizer will be a must for me but my husband and daughter have pretty oily skin and I think this will be a game changer for them ðŸ‘ðŸ¼ðŸ‘🼠highly recommend!

Really nice product. It produced a great lather and left my skin feeling clean. Smell is subtle and pleasant. Used as a shampoo as well and my hair felt great.Only dropped one star as it did take my skin a couple weeks to get used to it.

Smells good. Very drying which I actually like because I know all the oil is gone from my skin. You will need to moisturize after for sure. Problem is the bar started splitting and fraying in to jagged "slices" after about a week in the shower. Became uncomfortable to lather with as it would scratch my skin.. Have to use the remainder in a cloth. For the price I won't buy it again. because of that.
