These light have all the features of the big name pricey whips for 1/3 the cost, and look/work just as good!! App for phone, unlimited color and series modes!! Easy to install except when wiring turn signals and brake to your existing street legal kit! But was worth the extra time and running additional wiring up through the tunnel! I would recommend these whips!!

A cautionary tale for those considering purchasing these whips. I use them with a WD Electronics turn signal kit for my Polaris Ranger (the brand of buggy really doesn't matter. It's about the WD kit). The turn and brake indications don't work properly. The brake signal takes precedence, so if you use your turn signal all is well until you hit the brakes. Then the turn signal stops and both whips are red. The green and yellow leads are the reverse of trailing wiring standards. The whip cables are not marked left/right. Kemimoto put the female connector with the screw cap on the cables from the module, forcing you to drill a much larger hole (when necessary) than if they had put the male connector on those cables. Lastly, the connectors aren't standard threads. If you buy 3 pin, watertight connectors on Amazon to make pigtails (an industry standard connector), they insert into the Kemimoto connector fine, but you cannot thread Kemimoto's cap on the Amazon connector, and by extension you cannot thread the Amazon connector onto the Kemimoto. BAD choices by Kemimoto. The turn/brake function is probably more of a WD problem, but I'm pretty sure some programming logic in the whip's module could overcome that. Other whips have that same problem, but Kemimoto could be the first to tout WD Electronic Turn Signal Kit Compatibility if they'd just get on the problem.

I had some issues getting this product to work. But it turned out it was my fault. You can plug in the connectors incorrectly. There is a tab to correctly clock the connectors but it gives the impression there is only one way to plug them in. But they can actually be plugging in 3 different ways and only one way will work. So if your whips are not lighting up make sure the connectors are clocked correctly. Also I believe whips that connect like these do will last longer then the ones where the connectors are built into the base of the whip. There whips look good, easy to change the lighting patterns. Good value for the money. Also Kemimoto customer service is friendly and got back to me.

Dislikes:While driving during the day, the turn signal and brake lights are hard to see. We were hoping to negate needing actual tunsignal lights on our UTV because there really isn't any room for additional light. However, we are contemplating buying some since these whip lights are bright enough during day time hours.Likes: Once the sun starts going down, these whip lights rock. There are different light pattern options. My kids love when we set them on the mode where the lights move to the beat of sound. If the lights were more visible during daytime hours, these would be the best Whips out there.

After this past weekend and the whips are unscathed I have to give them 5 stars. The stood to some pretty severe punishment
