Planting Instructions
For best results, till ground before sowing, then firm soil & level. Spread seeds evenly. Rake or till gently into soil. Keep soil moist until established.

This is our favorite grass seed. It does phenomenal in shade or sun. It is quick to grow in and is a very nice bright shade of green. It becomes very full and soft once fully grown in and does not brown easily.

Yes i started a lawn in June with this seed honestly i was not anticipating anything good as i live in Ny and our summers get hot. But i rather look at ok grass than dirt till august. great germination with a little extra attention and watering. Germinated in 5 days and still going strong grass looks great for the horrible timing but fall is coming i will be using this seed for overseeding

Worked well for me, didn't grow that full but I didn't water it. Still did a good job growing though so I bought more.

you were basically dried out and never germinated. I’m very familiar with seed. I bought another brand that was Pennington smart and those are fantastic. This, however didn’t work at all, and it was a waste of money.

I sprinkled some down in bare patches before the rain. Very hardy. Would recommend. Much better than Pennington Kentucky brand. I used that at my other location. Not as good.

I sprinkled some into my grass before the rain. It has definitely filled in where it was patchy. I have done two rounds so far and the weeds seem to have lessened. Second time purchasing this brand. No extra weeds seem to sprout up with this mix. I like that there is no blue coating on the seeds so I don’t feel bad when the wildlife eats the seeds.

Nice finer bladed k31. Lighter green color than other types of fescue. Price is an issue as this is expensive.

I had to be very patient at first. It seem to take a while to sprout. But once it did it filled in very nicely. I use it as a border in one section of my yard and just let it grow tall. It looks amazing! I also use it as my main lawn and cut it every other week down to about three inches. It also looks amazing! Its a light thin green grass. Im buying more and can't wait to add it to the front lawn. Good Bye Kentucky Bluegrass and hello Kentucky Tall Fescue! I always thought it would be the other way around. High recommend Tall Fescue. I live in California near the beach and mountains. So its never too hot and never too cold. Clay soil, not sandy like one might think.
