I really love the magnic cards...the printing is very hard for me to read... Too small. They are nice and helpful. Easy to wipe clean...if your eyes are good, you'll love them...lol

I wanted to like this set because it's nice and sturdy and set into 12 weeks woth menus and shopping lists. However the typos are astounding. One recipe if for chicken thigh stew but the instruction tell yo to cook livers which is not even listed as an ingredient. The directions are not clear either on how to cook the recipes.

If you want to try a keto diet, these cards look like a great tool to get you started! Twelve weeks of meals taken down to the last details on easy to access “daily” cards. Includes daily meal planning, recipes for each meal, and weekly shopping list for 12 weeks. The cards were packed with information and the type was a little small for my old eyes making them a little difficult to read (hence the 4 stars), but a keto diet was not what I was looking for anyway, so I returned the product. No issues with return.

While I love the grocery list and the daily meal cards, serving sizes are not accurate. Day 1 omelet calls for two eggs but serves 5. Day 2 tomato soup calls for 14.5 oz of diced tomatoes and says it serves 4. You’ll have to guesstimate quantities to fit the number of servings you need.

I have found several recipes whereby not all ingredients are mentioned as in these two photos. Week 4 Day 2 has no mention of what broth to use or how much. Week 4 Day 4 makes no mention re chicken to use although chicken is the main ingredient. Several cards have misspelled words or omitted words. I’m disappointed in this purchase although I am using some of the cards and improvising on my own.

I have started using the cookcards and I must say I really love them so far.They helped get me started on my keto diet which I was apprehensive about doing.The cards are well organized, come with instructions and all the ingredients.The best part is the grocery list that I use when I go grocery shopping. I just put it in my bag and check off the items.Love the recipes that are included. They are really tasty and easy to make.I am into week two of the set and I can say it has changed my life!The box is very sturdy, and the cards are heavy-weight cardstock and laminated which means they don’t get stained if I leave them on the counter while cooking.This is by far the best method I have come across. It is helps me stay organized and saves me so much time.Gives me peace of mind having everything planned and laid out ahead.I’m totally enjoying using these cookcards.I would recommend to anyone who is in a keto diet or wants to start.

This is a great set and the meal plan and recipes look great. I had to return as my Dr put me on another Ketosis diet with a dietitian
