I have dumbbells from 10lb to 40lbs. I didn't want to have to buy kettlebells, and this lets me turn any dumbbell into a kettlebell. I wondered if it might be easier to bang up a knee with this than a K-bell, but it's not. I've had no issue with that at all.Nifty piece of gear and it does what I need it to do. It's also sturdy and holds the D-bell very tight.

I just got a set of the Bow Flex dumbbells and was excited when I got this grip that it worked with them even though they’re kind of wider at the handle. Impressed with the quality too.

The product is fantastic if you are looking to reduce the expense of filling out a new home gym dumbbell/kettlebell set.Pro - As opposed to having to purchase dumbbells AND kettlebells for specific workouts, you only need to buy this and the dumbbells. This easily converts (most) dumbbells into a kettlebell.Con - Wide grip dumbbells may not fit. Also, purchasers need to be cognizant of the space between dumbbell heads.Pro - If you are just starting to build a home gym and are starting from scratch, this product is perfect. It reduces the expense to have a versatile home gym. (I do not do my fitness routines while on vacation, so I cannot speak to it's ability, as advertised, as a useful travel product.) Make sure, when purchasing dumbbells that you are going for items with around a 5" grip between heads and that the grip is no thicker than 1-1/2".Con - If you are using plate dumbbells, the larger weights do not have the clearance between sides for this to function.Very minor con - Using this product for kettlebell swings forces you to widen your stance a touch so you don't smash your knees on the way down. Of note: I have seen feedback in the questions area (with a response from the company) that they may in the future integrate a rotating piece that secures the dumbbell that would correct this issue.

As a owner of a home gym I found this item very useful. It converts any dumb bell into a kettlebell. Its a real space saver and provides a comfortable/callous free grip. I love it!!

I like the concept of this device.I have used this since Christmas, and it has added to my work out.It does not work with the Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells. The handle of the bowflex is too wide.You could remove the rubber coating but I don't want to do that and damage the device.

La calidad del plástico, los espesores y las soluciones técnicas diseñadas son muy buenas. En mi caso se ha adaptado a varias mancuernas que tengo. El proceso de abrir-cerrar es muy simple y el clipaje es muy seguro. Producto diseñado y fabricado en USA. Lo recomiendo.
