The descaling solution works well and has clear instructions for how to use it. You let the solution sit for 30 minutes and then run empty water cycles 12 times to run the descaling solution out of the machine. It took about 15 minutes to do that.The water filters do not have sufficient instructions on where to put them in the water reservoir. I don’t know if I’m supposed to stick it on the bottom bolts or let it float. I think sufficient instructions on these should be provided.Also, the rinse pods are slightly confusing, with no instructions. I’m guessing you put it in like you would a coffee pod and just run one water cycle with it and then throw the rinse pod away.So basically, I used the descaling solution from this kit. The coffee tasted bad before the descaling and tasted very good after the descaling procedure.I will try to figure out how to use the water filter and rinse pods.Overall, I think this product is a good value for the money. If you can find the KEURIG descaling solution in the same size that is cheaper than this kit, then get it. This kit was the cheapest I could find and worked well. I will probably get another kit in 3 more months.

This kit works very well. It has a ton of cleaning power and it’s super easy to use. It doesn’t take a ton of time to use. I can’t taste or smell it when I brew my next cup after cleaning my machine.

this one is a no brainer, if you make as much coffee as we do then youll need this for sure. In fact better to buy two of these and when your on the 2nd then reorder. Instructions are basic and easy to understand. Works like it should. Packaged well and shipped quickly.

I found this Keurig coffee cleaner to be a bit confusing to use. There were directions for several models on the same instruction sheet, and it was difficult to determine which one to use for my particular machine. I’m not sure it actually demineralized the workings.

Worked - I think. Easy directions - just takes some time do clean. My cleaning button that came on to let me know it was time to do the maintenance came on so I did this. Followed all the directions but the maintenance button is still lit. No biggie but not sure when to clean again :)

so I follow the directions on the kit very carefully descaled it and did anything else that I needed to. My flushed the coffee machine very carefully several times as instructed we made a coffee and it tasted delicious. just as good as when the machine was new. although quite seriously I've never noticed any deterioration and flavor. but then I'm 83 years old. so all was well we were happy to continue using the machine. however despite my careful work to descale the machine exactly according to the results I cannot get rid of the descaling warning on my coffee maker. it has been saying descale the machine for two months now. maybe the next time when I do it that message will go away?
