Didn’t do much and you need Niagara Falls for water because you have to rinse it thru. I’ll try vinegar instead.

Followed directions exactly and it ruined my Keurig. The solution won't clear out of the machine now even running with just water.

I need to state that I have not cleaned my unit for 5 years so, it needed cleaning, I only use it 4 times a week living alone. Very easy to use with out scrubbing the water tank. I had no lights on or warning symbles appear. I followed the directions on the box and then ran a full tank of fresh water to remove the cleaner in about 40 min. The Keurig is now faster heating up, the coffee tastes better, the machine sounds better and It made me feel better. It is in my opinion this is a great product, It will do a total of 4 cleanings in the box and that gives you great value for the money. I would order this again for sure!

Before using this, our Keurig was running slow, but we had no other issues. After running this through and doing the flush, I started having pump issues. The Keurig is still running slow, maybe I just need a new one.
