Me and my Wife are a big fan of this. it does make some slight noise randomly but that it so it keeps the cooled water ready for your next cold brew it’s not to loud . it’s not freezing cold but it’s for sure chilled coffee you don’t need ice but if you want it colder then what it produces then you might aswell just get something else and just use ice but we highly recommend this For hot or cold brews we use it every single day. it’s a decent size but not to big it’s actually not bulky it’s bassically symmetrical box. it’s extremely easy to setup and use it’s just a few simple clicks and your coffee starts brewing immediately it’s actually the fastest coffee machine i’ve ever seen it doesn’t take long at all. it’s worth the money if you like cold or hot coffee. and it taste perfect every single time because it has a self cleaning mode after each use

I'll keep it short and sweet. This is my favorite coffee maker I own, and I own a Breville Barista Touch and a Nespresso in addition to the Keurig Brew+Chill. My first couple iced coffees were very disappointing, to the point I almost initiated a return with Amazon. But once I got the right amount of oat milk (or creamer) and sweetener dialed in I swear this is some of the best iced coffee I've ever had. Better than Dunkin and Starbucks for sure. Obviously the taste depends on the K-cup you use, and the convenience-factor adds some brownie points, but I don't think I'll ever go out and get drive-thru coffee again. The way the machine works is a little unique. Basically for iced coffee it has to "charge" over time. The first time you use the machine it will take 6 hours to charge fully, and once it's charged it can make about 4 iced coffees in a row and still make them very cold (I'm talking sub-60 degrees which for coffee is insane). After that you can still brew iced coffee, it just won't come out very cold. For hot coffee, it works like any other Keurig. But if you only brew one or two iced coffees in like a one hour time period, it charges very fast. The only downside I can mention is the fan noise--in order to work, the cooling apparatus has a fan that runs almost all the time as the machine charges. My house is open-concept, and I can hear the fan in my living room very clearly from the kitchen, which is about 30-feet away. I got used to it pretty quickly, and it's MUCH quieter than my GE Opal Ice Maker. But it's worth mentioning in this review.Overall I ADORE this coffee maker. It feels revolutionary. I got it on sale for $170, which for what you're getting, seems insanely affordable. I plan on buying another one for my house in another state so I don't have to haul it with me every season.

Stopped turning on. Called customer service, who could barely speak English and after troubleshooting, she agrees that is faulty. I asked her if this happens often to Keurig machines, as I saw all over the internet on how to take them apart and fix them yourself if they are not under warranty and she said, yes, it happens often. Well that's not good! Now I have to go through the warranty to get a replacement, which will take about a week to have a new one shipped to me and then I have to go to the post office and return the broken one. Plus go get a cheap coffee maker for the time I will be without one. You would think when this happens, they would offer you some sort of free coffee coupon for the hassle, but NO, the rep said, "oh , well ok is there anything else?" when I asked about this. I said "yes, what I just asked you!" Then she thanked me for my time and we hung up. NEVER again will I buy a Keurig
