I wouldn't say it is strong or will hold much weight but it was fine for my purposes. I kept loosing tv remotes in the bedroom. I put remotes on the top shelf and hang eye glasses on the hooks. For the price it is great and I didn't need it to be sturdy.

Even comes with a little screwdriver, a guide so you know where to put the screws into the wall, and the screws to attach it to the wall.

Definitely worth the cheap price. Great little shelf! Instead of drilling into the wall, we just bought the wall sticky tabs at Walmart for up to 10 pounds weight. Works great.
