Password directions manual print needs a magnifying glass to read it. Directions were OK, re-read to ensure nothing was missed. Take pic with phone so you have them with you if needed.Functionality: TEST YOUR PASSWORD AND LOCKING PROCESS A COUPLE TIMES BEFORE YOU PUT ANYTHING INSIDE THE KEY BOX, to ensure it works and you don't lock your key items inside a box if it doesn't open.NO KEY HOOK INSIDE KEY BOX. Looks like it's a small plastic piece, but nothing was included with the box received.Quality: Heavy, seems sturdy enough to hang on a door knob/handle. Ours is covered, so not exposed to rain or extreme temps. Hope keypad doesn't rust.

It worked just as described and it’s waterproof! Also very easy to reset codes, however I wish it came with the screw driver to do the resetting.

Don't waste your money. You have only 1 chance to set the code, so make sure you have a flathead screwdriver handy. Instructions ok, but not English as a first language. Once the code was set, lock works, BUT I need only click on the CLEAR button to unlock. What good is that? I ordered 2. What do I do now, send 1 back? The other is useless

It's great when it works hopefully it will continue to work I had to have a fit to get another after having it for 6 months and not using it that much. And it is not being exposed to weather it's under a eve other that that I love I can change combo everyday if I want
