I loved that they all had the same key and were offered at a great price. I didn't really love that they has only 2 keys. Nonetheless, you cannot beat the price and the quality.

These look fine, and operate fine. The keys operate smoothly. A shim slips in smoothly. A rake opens them smoothly... these would probably really make pretty good magician padlocks, for how easily they open. but for keeping children out or very low security applications, they probably work just fine. For cheap laminated padlocks, these are pretty much what you can expect to get from anywhere.

This is a set of 5 Rookmad padlocks. They seem to be as functional and sturdy as the brand name competitors. All 5 locks use the exact same key. Each lock comes with 2 keys. This is a huge benefit if you are in seek of securing different lock locations on the same property. I have 2 gates and a shed that all require locks. Since they are keyed the same, I put one key on the master Keychain, one on the spare set, one on my personal Keychain, and one on my husbands keys. Now everyone has access with any set of their keys. These locks can be used indoors or outdoors. That gives you such versatility in the applications of use. I was very impressed with the fluidity and the ease of opening these locks. I took a bunch of pictures to show that these locks are very user friendly. The key can be removed when you open the lock. The lock can be closed without the key. The shackles are nice and long making it easy to slip these into the lock locations. Best of all is the price. This set of 5 locks is a tremendous value. I absolutely recommend them 👌.

I used two of these locks to secure our backyard dual-entry shed. The others will be used as bicycle locks for the family. I like that they were all keyed the same... that makes things a lot easier for everybody.The shackles are a thinner gage than I had hoped for, but they're good enough. Decent bolt cutters will cut right through them, though.I do like that the shackles are long enough to collect a lot of bike cable loops on one lock.

These locks are pretty standard for cheap padlocks. The quality is nothing impressive, but also not anything bad for locks at this price point. Overall, they are about what I was expecting and they will work fine for my needs.
