Everything about this product was spot on. From the packaging to the instructions all the way through installation and set up through the app.Replacing a doorknob isn't rocket science but adding smart functions can be intimidating. Everything went extemely smooth and functions as intended.I had one concern before purchasing as one of the video reviews claimed that it locks automatically so it's easy to lock yourself out. While this is true as the auto-lock feature is on by default, it's a simple flick of a switch in the app settings to turn that feature off (see picture).The unit can be unlocked by physical key, finger print, passcode or keyfob. All can be easily set and modified in the app.I highly recommend this product on its quality and ease of use. Nicely done Kucacci!

Love the fingerprint feature. Can get in my house fast and it locks right away. You can set it from 1-3 seconds to lock after opening but I like the one second ability. Much safer.You can use codes or fingerprint and of course a key. Who wants to use keys for their houses these days? Better and safer for kids to use their fingerprints. Just fingerprint them and no more lost keys or codes to remember!It was easy to install and fits perfectly. The build quality is great and I’m not sure about battery life as I just installed it. Hope it last a long time. Just hide a key somewhere in case you get locked out if battery dies. Definitely recommend.

I go this a few months ago as a replacement for my garage door. It was very easy to install. The look is just sleek and fancy. Setting up myself and a couple of others to access was super simple. It works great every time I lock or unlock. HIGHLY recommend this lock. I also opted for the wifi gateway and love that I can lock it with my voice or when I am away from home.

I like this keypad. If it's too cold, the fingerprint won't always work. It's really easy and convenient and I appreciate the option for multiple codes.

This lock is elegant and sturdy. Was easy to set up and program. It comes with 2 keys and fobs.with the Gateway this was easy to sync with Alexa and easy to program. Love that the fobs can be connected to my Kucacci smart locks. I no longer have to worry about locking myself out and if my hands are full love that I can use my fingerprint to unlock.

Excellent locks. Ordered more. Work pretty well. Only two issues i ran into, the handles set screws need lock tight or they'll get loose, and had some trouble connecting to the app, just remove the batteries and re install then it works just fine. Will buy again.
