We had a local welder fabricate a sliding front door for our home and bought this lock +box, it worked well and our welder was impressed with the "heavy duty" quality and the smooth action- looks professional too.

Is not Good that you have to use one key only to lock outside and key only to lock on the inside. It should be one key for both sides of the door. Also the lock installation doesn’t reach the inside the door fully so the lock will drop. You have to hold the lock up to screwscrew it in so it doesn’t fall

I bought this lock two weeks ago and had it installed. One of the keyhole stop working and I contact the sellers to resolve this issue. I had to pay to get it installed and now I’m paying to have it removed and replaced again. The sellers say they cannot do anything because it has been installed. This should be a well-built lock that should not stop working two weeks after it’s been installed. Then they wanted to argue with me, comparing it with a broken toilet seat.
