My kids LOVE this camera. First, the size of the screen is awesome for little hands. It is big and the images are clear. It is also a touch screen making it extremely easy for screen-savvy kids to use right out of the box! The button to click photos is big and the camera makes a satisfying "clicking" sound each time a pic is snapped. Second, the camera has all kinds of cool features that my kids love to experiment with. It has a selfie mode, timer, and takes both photos and videos. The camera has an adorable design with a high-grade silicone casing which means it is both attractive and well protected. It also appears to have a long battery life. It has lasted several days on one charge! It automatically shuts off after a few minutes so that could be why. My favorite part, you ask? The lanyard doubles as a USB cord for transferring images to the computer! Genius. I think I need to try the Polaroid version next. If only to stop the constant fighting over who gets to use it.

We gave this to our 3.5 year old for Christmas and she loves using it to take pictures. She has no trouble turning the camera on and navigating to the photo mode. She figured out how to get into the gallery to look at her past work. The camera is very durable as she's dropped it many times and it is working fine so far.There are a couple UI problems that make this item potentially frustrating for a young child.The button you use to snap a picture is also the button that turns the camera off. A long push turns it off. The problem is that a "long push" is just barely longer than a click. If my daughter has her finger on the button a fraction of a second too long the camera turns off instead of taking a picture. This is probably not a big problem for older kids but for a 3.5 year old she really struggled with it on the first day to the point where she just got bored and put the camera aside. I thought we would have to return it over that but in the end she figured it out.Also, one time she was playing around in the menus and nearly reset the camera which would have erased all her photos. I wish the UI had been designed so that only adults and older children can do a wipe/reset from the menu.

Very cute, worked for about 2 months with occasional, monitored use. Screen stopped working and responding to buttons with no sign of cause. Never even got the photos off and now it doesn't work. Very disappointing.

This is a very cute kids camera! My toddler is able to navigate through the screens and take video and pictures with ease. It is quite durable- she has dropped it a few times and it is still working. The screen is scratched now but that’s to be expected. The size is a normal camera size but the buttons on the screen are large which is appreciated for small hands. This would make a great gift for a child. My only complaint is the screen color/quality of the pictures on the screen- it could be better in my opinion but it’s not too bad.

I purchased this as a gift for my nephew. He broke his other camera and really wanted a replacement. This one is a huge upgrade from his previous camera and he loves it. The protection on it really does keep it safe and he feels like a real photographer.

This was a gift for our child from Santa. She wanted the kind at the same price point that instantly prints out pictures but the film is very expensive for only 10 exposures so I'm glad Santa was sensible and picked this one instead. I was a but unsure if a 6 year old would be too old for something like this but think she's too young for the kind that has the expensive prints. This camera has 266 pictures on it so far and probably 75% of them are nonsense so I'm glad she can freely take pictures and no have to worry about the waste. Customer service at this company has been great so far. Very responsive to my questions and helpful. Really appreciated that! The lanyard contains the USB to charge to camera and it also connects directly to my printer for printing. My printer is almost 9 years old and I use the no name cheap ink and the prints are still pretty decent though I'm sure the quality would be better at a retailer or with a newer printer with high quality inks. She enjoys taking the camera on walks or around the house to take pictures. She also enjoys the video feature (although I believe the videos can only be 5 minutes and 40 seconds in length before it starts a separate recording.) The silicone cat cover is super cute and protects the camera but is also removable to make it more "grown up". The one negative is the lens cover seems a bit loose so it has fallen off before and I'm afraid she will lose it. Wish it came with an extra or that it was attached. The silicone also tends to attract dust/ crumbs/ hair etc. The touchscreen is really simple to navigate for her and me as well so that is nice. There's also a bunch of templates of cute images and faces to put with your pictures. The picture quality isn't as amazing as my cell phone but in good lighting conditions and with a steady hand, it's pretty good. Overall I'm happy with this when compared to other cameras aimed at kids.

Did some research & homework before buying it, indeed it is a super cute & lightweight camera. Choose Meowie the Cat comes with pink lanyard which is also a charging cable. Touchscreen & able to selfie without turning camera len around, so convenient. Tested, in good working condition & the best part is, audio was extremely good. Happy with my purchase & I’m 🫶ðŸ¼-ing it so much so is my child🥰

I got the camera for my daughter's 5th birthday and it is perfect! I love that you don't need to read to be able to use the camera - it is easy to use even for younger children. And the kitty face is really really cute! Love that you can use it right out of the box.

My daughter loved this product. It's so easy to use! She loves the touchscreen. It made her so happy! You can have the option to take selfies too! She played with it for hours! I love that it came with a SD card already! The picture quality is excellent! this includes the video quality too! I am really impressed just how high-quality this product is! I would def buy this again for my other daughter!

I was looking for a camera for a family trip my three year old can use to take photos with from his vantage point. I researched a lot of cameras online I was looking for one that was below $50, however I opted to get this one because of all of the features and the reviews. Happy I ended up going with this $100 zippy the sloth camera because it was easy for my 3-year-old to use and the photos and video quality was actually pretty good. It was also ready to use out of the box and easy to charge. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a camera for their little one.
