Assembly is barely required. The whole thing comes together besides the back push handle you have to pop in yourself and some stickers. I got this for my child when they were just beginning to pull up and walk assisted. It’s been able to help them walk independently which was my whole goal of getting something like this. We are a big lover of Disney as a family so it was awesome to find a walker with Mickey and friends. No off button or switch for sound effects but thankfully it’s not very loud and it doesn’t just go off randomly by itself while cleaning up like some toys seem to do. My child is now 14 months, walking independently, and still loves to play with this toy. I think it’ll only get more fun when they learn to climb on and push themselves on the seated part. Pro tip-check inside the seat for missing toys, my child loves to hide toys inside!

Truth be told, my husband and I wanted to return this product. The husband believed that the car was too small for our son. I wanted to hear more music, not just strumming. However, we saw how much our son loved this car. He spent a lot of time with the car. He pressed buttons, played with his phone, put small toys in the trunk, and rolled around the house. He was so pleased that we decided not to return the car. After all, it is safe and with its different bright colors uplifts all of us.
