I realize these are for "outdoor" activities, but I don't have any place in my house that works for a pull-up bar so was looking for alternatives. These rings are great for allowing myself to work on my arm and grip strength indoors without taking up a ton of room or having bulky equipment to have to put up and take down. I simply clipped them to my aerial rigging mount and away I went to (hopefully one day) pull up land.The rings are metal with a hard plastic sheath. Not very comfortable but they work fine. Remind me a lot of monkey bars I used as a kid. The rope is nylon or some other kind of plastic. Inside I'm sure they will hold up fine, but I feel they would weather over time or get crispy in direct sunlight if left outside too long. The carabiner is a triangle shape which is a little of an odd choice for the design and my personal mounting option, but it is strong and closes tightly so feels safe and secure.

I use this for work outs with various cable pulls and stretchy bands. I'm sure it would work well as a hanging ring for money bar type applications. It is made of high quality components and has obvious strength enough to hold up to those stresses. I'm pulling the equivalent of 50-80 lbs with it and it works great.

I unclipped the swing off the rope and clipped this on. It came in at a good level and the kids love the change for now. It adds some variety to their exercise and fun.

I bought these for our children, but they seem robust enough to hold me up. The diameter is a little bit narrow, fine if you're under 80 lb, but definitely a little thin for my hands. I'm not sure about the different sizes listed. I showed the red and blue together and they seem about the same ring size. The red one hangs down a little bit lower. They look nice clip and fine and seem very secure. If you're looking for these I would recommend them.
