My 8-year-old son has been using this for a few months now. He has had several wrecks as he learned to ride a bicycle. This has protected his head through each mishap and still looks to be in good shape. The quality is good and he is still using it. The only criticism I could see is some may feel there are not enough ventilation holes in the helmet. This could also be seen as a positive as it gives more protection to the head. It depends on what you value the most. The quality is excellent.

Wish it had an adjustable strap in the back so you could size it better to the head.

My kid is 3 and this is his second helmet and definitely better then the little Bell one he had. Its great quality and seems tough for my little rough guy.

The clip to secure the helmet broke within 2months. My daughter is not rough with her things. Very disappointed.
