I was looking for a bowling set for a three year-old across the street from me. When I received this item, the box it came in was about 5 inches tall and 5 inches wide for the whole set! Very disappointing. I expected much more.

I know this set says 3+, which I didn't see when initially ordering, but the pieces are big enough that they aren't a choking hazard. The colors are bright and it is made from a hard plastic but they aren't heavy so they don't hurt him if he hits himself or throw them at the wall. My son loves throwing things and having an actual target that he can see fall over and over has been such a great item to help him play independently. The expressions on the pins are very fun and my son is occupied for a while playing with this toy.

This is a perfect toy for kids between the age of 3-6, although younger and older kids can join in the fun as well. It's super light weight and smooth so won't hurt anyone if the pins and balls end up getting thrown around. The multicolored pins are adorable with painted expressions on the heads and because they are light weight they are easily knocked down without needing much force. A toy that's designed to be knocked down and collapsed can keep kids entertained for much longer than other more sedate toys. Only thing i would improve is for there to be more than two balls - a few more would make it more fun. It comes in a colorful box so will make a good gift as well.

I like how theses are easy to set up and make a satisfying clatter when knocked down.âï¸ 1 star= Dissappointed. I don't recommend it at all, poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising.âï¸âï¸ 2 stars = Has some reedeeming quality.âï¸âï¸âï¸ 3 stars = It's passable. Might not have bothered.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 4 stars = Mostly Satisified.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 5 stars = Entirely Satisfied. Recommend.
