My kids were easily fitted. They could put them on themselves after we adjusted it to them. They did need some help getting out of them at first. They looked a bit like little ninjas wearing these.Thankfully no crashes this year, but it covered the arms and chest nicely. I think it would have helped in years past but they didn't test that.For the price the seem great, we bought 2 and will probably buy bigger ones as the kids grow. But we picked the higher range sizes for them and adjusted down to get the most out of them. My oldest could wear the smaller size but bought the bigger one as it adjusted to him.

I have a fairly tall 11 year old that rides a CRF70 at the moment and this protector gives good amount of protection for falls. Its not too heavy, but also not as lite as some of the other ones I've seen. Works well. He loves it.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. Fit as expected. I tried it on and was surprised how hard the pads are. I believe they will protect him, however I felt it was not comfortable because they were so hard. Foam inside those pads would make a huge difference. He seemed happy with it. That's what matters.
