We got these since the keen pads keeps slipping off our kiddo. These longer pads offers significantly more protection and even with some sliding they still protect our kiddo’s knees and elbows. I haven’t notice any restricted movements from wearing these versus the tradition knee pads.

Thought I was purchasing knee pads for roller skating but these seem to be a bit larger than I remember. However, more area is covered and the joint areas are covered in the durable, sturdy plastic to help break falls. The straps have a stretchy elastic band that is easy to adjust for size. These will fit for quite a while since the elastic bands allow some wiggle room. These seem to be great quality and are durable. We are happy with this product and would purchase it again.
