Arrived crushed, had accidentally been shipped with a large saw set. Because it's a felt hat, reforming was fairly easy. Looks much better, now, though one side needs a bit more rolling to match the other side. Roll beyond where you want the brim to set, hold for the count of 30-60, then release. repeat if needed until the curve you are seeking is reached. Hat band is loose and needs a bit of tacking to hold in place. We prefer to sew rather than glue to avoid damaging the felt.

Bought this for my four-year-old grandson. It’s a good hat for the money. I wish that the decorative hat belt was glued on and that it had a to hold it on the kids head but overall, I was happy with it. It is adjustable, but still would like a strap underneath the chin.

So this cowboy hat is very cute. Looks very sweet. And is structured. However, the belt along the top is not secured in any way shape or form so it falls off constantly when a little kid is wearing it. The size adjuster was a satin piece of string or ribbon Inside and literally as soon as I pulled it to tighten up the hat to be smaller, it broke out the other side so that was non-functioning the entire time that we’ve had it. I would not order this again.

Bought hat for my son’s Halloween costume. It looks great! My only complaint is the little belt around it kept coming off with my kids regular playing. So I hot glue gunned it in.

When this arrived I was disappointed with the shape of the hat. Yes I realize it's not expensive but this was more like a bowler and having an equestrian background I just couldn't accept it. Returned it and bought a real one.
