I am extremely disappointed with the Kigley 2 Pieces 5 Gallon Carboy with Spigot. Despite the attractive description and promising features, the actual product quality falls far short of expectations. Here are the major issues I encountered:Poor Build Quality: The plastic material feels flimsy and cheap. It doesn't inspire confidence in its durability or longevity.Leaky Spigot: The spigots on both carboys leaked right from the start. No matter how much I tightened them, they continued to drip, making a mess every time I tried to use them.Vented Cap Issues: The vented caps did not function properly. Instead of allowing air to escape as intended, they often got stuck, causing pressure build-up and potential spillage.Difficult to Clean: The design of the carboys makes them difficult to clean thoroughly. The narrow opening and awkward shape mean that cleaning out any residues is a hassle.Misleading Capacity: While advertised as 10 gallons total, the actual usable capacity is less due to the design of the spigots and the shape of the containers.Overall, this product has been a major letdown. I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use water storage solution. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality alternative.
