The battery adapter fits and supplies the right power. I primarily shoot macro stuff, so being tethered to a PS along with the lights and turntable isn't really an issue. If you need to shoot with your camera on in a studio setting, this PS is very helpful.

I use this for my Canon 250D camera during my astrophotography sessions. Allows me not to worry about missing a session because I forgot to charge a battery for the camera. Works very well. Just have to make sure the battery is seated all the way in.

I am using this with a Canon R50 body. When using the camera as a webcam, the camera will not charge or power via USB C, this solves the issue of battery running out while in a meeting. This is also very useful if you are shooting video off a tripod and don't want to deal with battery issues.

See title. Bought 5 months ago and used less than 3 times. Pulled it out today and found that it no longer works. LED lights up on the adapter but the camera will not turn on with it any longer. Waste of money.
