This item was an easy install and works well as it replaced a similar discontinued model that quit working. 4 stars because of the high price tag.

The product works perfect as expected, the only inconvenience was when one out of the three units bought were going to be installed, one of them didn’t include mounting hardware (anchors and screws), also the 4 type D batteries were missing

I never received it.. also said it was delivered and checked my security camera.. it never came.. but said it was delivered.. but it bet it’s good.

We have a few of these and they work great. this last time I ordered 4 of them and only got 3. Emailed the to find out what was going on and haven't heard anything. Sorry but I wont order these through amazon again. But they do work great when you get them!

Besides it costing too much. When I received the dispenser the batteries it came with were dead. More money I needed to spend it make it actually work. Sad face

The sensor keeps running and running and dispensing massive amounts of paper towels on the ground. What a waste! tried to change the batteries but still kept running. Past date of returning....annoying!

I bought 14 of the dispensers for my business, all came with drained batteries.I had to spend extra money to buy these many batteries.
