Works very well for my 27.2 mm seatpost stem. A little goes a long way in keeping everything nicely lubricated. I have one seat I switch between bikes and haven't had to add more grease in months since the initial cleaning/application. Haven't tried on suspension shocks because it can get extremely dusty/dirty trail riding in the southwest. I also applied the Ks grease to my Suntour NCX SP12 suspension seatpost to the internal adjustable spring. Expecting maybe once or twice a year service of seatpost at minimum with 30-40 miles a week of riding.

The seat post moves smoothly after my first application. All squeaks disappeared and the seat post moved smoothly. Note that in cold weather (noticeable in freezing conditions) it seems to loose it’s viscosity.

After opening the shipping package I found that the product looked used or half kicked around. The label is falling off and looks like someone put it back after it already came off. The whole bottle was greasy and made a mess. I would not buy again or recommend to anyone. For the cost off this it should have the appearance of being cared for a little.

It's pretty much just vaseline. Save yourself money and buy vaseline.
