I didn't know that you could be in love with a deshedding tool until now. I saw these advertised on the internet and wondered how well they actually worked. Our 6 mos old German Shepherd puppy is having his first shedding blowout and we were so tired of finding his hairs all over not to mention he started itching more. Bought this and tried it today and wow! I was missing so many hairs by just brushing him with a regular dog brush. The deshedding tool works so much better during this time. The rubber side actually gets more of his undercoat than the metal blades. And he doesn't mind this at all - in fact he rolls all over so that we can use it on all parts of his body. This is super easy to use right out of the box and very effective. I'm hoping that if we can continue to use it a little bit everyday, it'll really help him and save our furniture from collecting his shedded hairs. Side note, this also works very well to scrape and collect dog hair from the front of our couches.

I have a GSD & this brush works great on her! And gentle enough for my grouchy old poodle mix!!Here’s is the best part: this is a great tool to clean the hair off my sofa And clothes!!Thanks!

My husband absolutely loves this brush, but I worry the sharp side is scratching our black lab’s skin. It definitely helps with shedding, it’s easy to hold, and is very heavy duty. Our dog doesn’t exactly run from it, but he just doesn’t seem to love it either. Maybe he just needs to get used to it more, but I tried it on my arm (and yes, I concede that my arm hair is nowhere near as thick as our dog’s coat!) but it did scratch me. So we are extra careful about how hard we push down just in case, but I’m sure we are missing his undercoat this way.

Maybe it works well on long hair dogs but not on my short haired dog

ok, I am a super critical person when it comes to anything pet related. I have a pet care business and I groom. I also have 5 wonderful shedding machines. (3 dogs 2 cats) My German Shepherd is the worst offender lol. I have tried ALL of the de-shedding products. ALL of them. the furminator was always my go to, it worked the best. However, the animals HATE it. they run and hide when they would see me coming with the dreaded brush. So when I saw this advertised I rolled my eyes and thought "yeah right" and naturally had to buy it so I could then stand on a soap box and declare to the world that this was another bull#$%& product. Welp, ladies and gentleman, boys and girls and critters of all sizes I WAS PROVED WRONG!!! this brush is everything!!! I will admit the first time i used it i was not impressed but once I got the hang of how to use it I was more than impressed. I can not believe how much fur comes off, way more than others I have used. But the best part, the very best part, is that none of my animals hate it. they in fact now LOVE being brushed. I'm not kidding, they actually enjoy it. to the point they all lay down and stretch out as if they are at a 5 star spa getting massaged. I've recommended this brush to all of my clients and keep one in my car and one in my grooming room. I'm a picky picky B. so if I'm telling you its a good brush you can believe it is haha because i HATE everything (not really but sort of) haha ;p anyway, buy the dang brush already because it freakin works.

Yikes, not AT All what i was expecting. The shape is ok, but it just rips the hair out of my dogs. Its NOT a comb, or a brush its like razoring their coats to thin them out. I have 2 Chow Chows and this wont even remove the loose hair. I was going to return it but it was more of a hassle than i wanted. I use the black side to clean my carpets. In my opinion, take your cash and get another brush for your pet ESPECIALLY if they have allot of hair this wont do it.

Though mixed reviews, I found it works quite well for my English cocker spaniel who has a summer short cut. He sheds lightly to moderately, but his short white hairs stick to any nappy surface such as black sweatshirts, blankets and car carpeting. He hates the Furminator. and the curry comb just doesn't work. Amazingly, he loves the Konb and will sit for 10 minutes for a de-shedding.The device has 3 parallel non sharp blades and rubber nubs on the reverse side. I found the de-shedding blades loosen the hairs and the nubs pick the hairs up which stick to the sticky black surface. Then a can of compressed air blows the Kong clean. This applies to short haired dogs who have those nasty short white hairs which show and stick tenaciously to your clothing.

This is the best comb we have tried so far (and we have tried a ton!), for the top coat. After he brush him he looks and feels cleaner too.

I was a little sceptical when I purchased this product but have been using it for over 6 months now and it is great. I use this on my German Shepherd and it gets rid of all the loose hairs. I've seen a massive reduction in the "furballs" that accumulated around the house. My German Shepherd doesn't mind me using it on here, she used to hate me brushing here with my old brush but seems to like this one.

Schon einiges probiert, meistens waren die Erwartungen höher als das Resultat. Bei diesem Produkt ist es anderes, es hat uns in seiner Funktion absolut überzeugt und unsere Hundedame geniesst es sehr. Das Unterfell löst sich sehr gut, auch das Fell lässt sich im Anschluss gut entfernen aus dem Produkt. Empfehle es deshalb gern weiter.

So friggin good. Ive bought so many brushes from so many place and NONE have been able to get any hair from my foxie cross who has very short straight fine hairs and this gets SO much hair! Also works really well on my sisters 8 month german shepard. 100% recommend for every fur type and dog especially if you have short hair dogs and struggle with their shedding!
