I purchased this in time to use at Thanksgiving. When I opened it, the rim of the Pot was damaged due to packaging. I called, they told exactly what to do, and quickly shipped out a replacement. Their quality is good, and they have great Customer Service. Easy to get in touch with.

All you need is cooking oil and a propane tank, all else is included. Fried my first turkey and it was delicious. Pots were sturdy, stand and burner were high-quality and I would recommend to anyone. Gas shut-off safety was an added measure of security that forces the user to monitor the fryer while in use.

The propane igniter didn’t work at all. The metal is thin and flimsy, making it feel cheap and unreliable. I ended up buying another one from my local hardware store for the same price, and the quality was significantly better, with sturdier metal and a more stable stand. Definitely disappointed with this purchase.

So I got this for my husband for Christmas. His eyes opened as wide as a kid in a candy store's, and practically announced to the neighbours, "We're cooking the Christmas turkey in this!!!"Luckily our neighbours are kilometers away, so no one extra came for Christmas dinner, given the COVID restrictions.45 minutes in the King Kooker, and the bird was delivered to PERFECTION. It had a beautiful, brown, crispy skin, juicy but also well done on the inside. I doubt we'll ever cook a turkey in the oven again.Since then he's been using it for wings and fries. The basket and smaller pot is super handy for those.BE WARNED though - you will need A LOT of oil! 4-½ jugs it took to cook the turkey. After my husband confidently stated it'd need "one jug... Two max." We had to borrow oil, given that it was Christmas and the stores were closed.No regrets with this purchase. Looking forward to having many a cookout this summer!

As an American in Scotland, I wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving with a deep fried turkey. The pot accommodated our 9.2kg bird perfectly. Just under 60 minutes later, a delicious crispy bird emerged. Very happy with my purchase. To all of the poor reviews...read the instructions and follow them.

I purchased this to help boil up 30 lobster that a came back to Toronto from Newfoundland (yes they survived the 48hr journey). Works fantastic easy to set up. Can't wait for Thanksgiving to fry a turkey!!! 5 stars from me. Highly recommend. I had no issues as others had. Mine were all dent free!!!
