Looks and feels great, but not very secure. It takes just a minute or two for it to drop down and double up on itself. I'd spend a little more and get something a little less "cumber-some"

I'm a 32" waist and this JUST works for me. I adjusted the straps to their tightest fit. Nice looking cummerbund though and whilst not perfect, definitely worth the purchase.
