Sturdy metal body but a bit small so hand tends to cramp with extended use. I do like that the loupe is all metal. The lens is rather small, would prefer a larger lens but this is still better than what I've been working with (magnifying glass with smartphone light and enlarging camera screen- such a pain in the tushie). The KINGMAS light is bright and so far with 3 uses (I just received ) it has worked fine. I haven't used the blue light yet. I can't review the battery life since I just received but I am hoping this battery life lasts since the body of the loupe, being metal, will likely last a very long time. I also like the case the loupe comes in- heavy acrylic with foam inset that snugly protects the loupe. The loupe folds into itself. Note regarding some other reviews: the lens actually is not reversed, rather the images appear in reverse if you are holding the lens too close. Hope that is helpful.

40x magnification. Works just as well as my 10x lens. It's nice that it has a light but most of the time I don't use the light. The case keeps the magnifier safe and protected. This is the magnifier use almost all the time. Have had it about 6 months and use it often.

Great little piece of engineering. Its durable so i have no problem taking it to the field to examine plants/insects. Even in the case its fits well inside my pocket so im not sure why others are complaining. The whole thing is barely larger than my largest earbud case and weighs less than my phone. Good purchase, I recommend it.

Easy to hold and use. The light is a boost for those times when it is a bit harder to see the subject. It gives a good feel in the hand.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der KINGMAS Juwelierlupe! Die Vergrößerung ist klar und scharf, und selbst die kleinsten Details lassen sich problemlos erkennen. Sie liegt gut in der Hand und ist leicht zu bedienen. Die Qualität des Produkts ist wirklich beeindruckend, und es macht Spaß, sie für Schmuck oder andere kleine Gegenstände zu verwenden.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Verpackungsbox: Ich verstehe nicht ganz, warum sie dabei ist, da die Lupe ohnehin robust genug wirkt. Sie trägt für mich wenig zum Produktwert bei und könnte vielleicht sogar weggelassen werden. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit und beeinträchtigt die Leistung des Produkts in keiner Weise.Fazit: Ein hervorragendes Werkzeug für alle, die eine verlässliche Lupe mit klarer Vergrößerung suchen!

Purchased for identifying markings on SMD electronic components, and it works great for that. Already had a loupe, but found my head was always blocking the light (it's not excessively big) making the task difficult. The built-in illumination works very well and solves that issue. The magnification is adequate for the intended use. The UV light also works well, though I have little use for that feature. It seems robustly built—enough that I seldom return it to its case. The loupe gives the impression that it was modified from the same item without illumination by forcing in a spacer so that the outer frame cleared the LEDs and switch (not an issue, it just looks odd).

Ich weiß natürlich nicht, was ein Juwelier sagen würde, er würde vermutlich eine ganz andere Liga für seine Arbeit verwenden, aber zum Pilze bestimmen ist sie super. Mein Mann ist begeistert. Auch das gut funktionierende UV Lämpchen ist sehr hilfreich. Es gibt durchaus Pilze, die ohne Lupe und/oder UV Lampe nicht sicher bestimmbar sind. Dieses Lämpchen wirkt gut verarbeitet und wurde vom Kursleiter empfohlen, in dem mein Mann eine Ausbildung zum Pilzsachverständigen absolviert.
