These easels were perfect for our sip & paint birthday brunch! Sturdy enough to hold my masterpiece (and my mimosas), but light enough to easily move around when the party got rowdy. These easels are lightweight, but fairly sturdy and the size is reasonable for children as they do not need a lot of space. That makes them easy to transport to and from my class. They’re the perfect size to hold the 8 x 10 inch canvases we’ll be using. We set it up on a table with many easels for children to paint. Kids seem to like it.

I used these for an adult painting party. They worked well because they aren't heavy and the box was easy to carry to the party destination. They were packed really well, but I've never quite got them back in the box the same way. Now they're just kind of taking up space.We were able to use 9x11 canvases but that only worked in the landscape position. Some people did try to paint portrait style and they eventually just put the canvas flat on the table instead. I think we were pushing it on size anyway. These are designed for much smaller canvases.Overall the party was a massive success and fun was had by all. If you are planning a similar paint party, I think the canvas size is the main concern you're going to have with these. If I do another party in the future, I'd still use the big canvas but would not go any larger.

I bought these to hold table signs at a baby shower. They hold a piece of 8.5 x 11†cardstock, which is what I wanted. They were all functional and folded up easily again. I see using these for many parties in the future. A good buy.
