I actually own two of these now, I also have a 4 slot bento in pink. My kids love the designs. The set has been great for packing leftovers as lunches for my kids and giving them more variety of things to eat at school. The bento part comes out for easy cleaning (which can also make it difficult for my 3 year old to open the bento box, my 6 year old has no problem just fyi) However, I'm super impressed with the thermos! (Make sure to prime it correctly with boiling water in it for 10-15 mins first, dump water, dry out, pack with hot food) My kid wanted hot chocolate in her thermos for lunch but didn't have a chance to drink it. I packed it at 7:20 am and at 4pm it was still warm! I wouldn't say super hot but plenty warm enough for my kid to drink. Overall an awesome product

This is a perfect lunch box for toddlers! My 2 yr old starts daycare soon, and we have to provide his lunch and snacks. It’s proportioned nicely, and the hard plastic seems to be really well made. It has a nice front zipper pocket for extra storage and a nice size inside pocket as well to store his snacks away from his main meal! The thermos was just a bonus for us. I’d probably use it for macaroni or to keep his favorite chicken nuggets warm. 10/10 recommend and I haven’t even USED it yet :)

We love the design and functionality however you have to hold the lid down with force before you’re able to latch the box closed. It’s almost as if the inside yellow bento part is too big and the lid can’t close.Otherwise easy to wash, love the design, great for our 3 year old.

We bought this in Sep 2022 and it's now Feb 2023. I really wanted to love this thing and I do like the concept but I absolutely hate this lunch box so much.First, it's extraordinarily hard to close for everyone. My toddler's teachers can't close it. I can't tell you how many times his lunch box has come home open in his backpack leaking the contents all over his stuff. There's a trick to getting it closed I've learned which involves taking the tray out but I can't expect everyone to do that.Second, you can barely fit a sippy cup in the lunch box with the Bento box. Why would you sell it as a combo with a water bottle if it doesn't all fit? I did get it with the thermos option instead of the water bottle which I had assumed wouldn't fit but I thought a sippy cup would.Third, the thermos is starting to have some discoloration. I specifically bought this because the thermos and inside tray were both top rack dishwasher safe. Not sure that's true for the thermos.Fourth, the silver inside of the lunch box itself is falling apart in one area. I was hoping for a longer life especially because my toddler only uses this 3 days a week at school.

Became my daughter's favorite lunch bag! I like that it is leakproof my daughter will be using it every day. Great material no weird smell when we got it delivered small Thermos keeps my daughter's food warm even when sometimes I don't have enough time to boil water first before adding hot foods which is a HUGE plus for me. I'm happy with my purchase.

Overall not bad, however the clasps on the lunchbox are extremely hard to close fully. The lunchbox design could use some work in regards to the layout as well - lots of lost space due to thick walls and one really small compartment that I can't figure out what would actually fit in it. Can't speak to the thermos or the quality of the bag as they were not used.
