This was purchased as a gift for my grandson, he enjoys playing with it. It is the ambulance only with no accessories. The back doors open and if you look inside there is a small seat in the back.

I was extremely disappointed when I saw how tiny the actual ambulance was. I tried to return it but found out it was not free returns. in order to return it, the company charges 15% processing fee plus the actual cost of shipping. the amount would get deducted from the amount of my refund. They also charge an additional 10% restocking fee.So for someone like me who ordered it from Australia, it was going to cost me more money to return the item then purchasing it.Don't waste your money. This toy is about 13cm long and 5cm tall. The toy Ambulance doors broke after my Son's first play with it. Very disappointed with the product.
